Investor Pitch Decks
Raising capital and your deck isn’t opening doors? We turn a complex business into a clear, credible story investors actually fund. Strategy and narrative first, design second, so the room leans in instead of tuning out.
HALEO Sleep Clinic came to us with a corporate, text-heavy Pre-Series A pitch. We reshaped the argument, the narrative and the way the case was made, and the round closed at $5M.

“Investors keep ghosting after the first email.”
Your deck buries the one line that matters. We surface the fundable thesis and lead with it.
“Our science is brilliant, but no one gets it.”
Complex detail overwhelms the reader. We make it legible in seconds, not minutes.
“We get the first meeting, never the second.”
The story doesn’t carry. We build a narrative you can present without notes, so the room leans in.
The winning formula
What investors actually fund
Every deck we build leads with the things investors reward, shown here in the work itself, animated and exported straight from PowerPoint.
Complex science and dense financials, laid out so an investor gets it before they get bored.
Geological, scientific and commercial drivers shaped into a capital-raising story a technical audience actually believes.
The narrative that earns the second meeting, not just the first reply, and that your team can present with confidence.
Waste reframed as an energy source: a complex clean-energy business case told with the confidence to carry a room of investors.
A static slide is good. A slide that moves is unforgettable, and it sticks long after the meeting ends.

How it works
We pull the decision-critical material out of your documents, your data and your head.
The story is sequenced for the meeting it has to win, and for the questions that follow.
Every chart, number and line of copy earns its place in a clear hierarchy.
Pressure tested against what your audience will actually ask, then sharpened.

“We’ve already started distributing the new deck, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Investors are genuinely interested and engaged.”
“With a very fast turnaround, after only two revisions we had a completed deck that was very well received by our potential investors.”
Questions, answered
A strong investor deck tells a clear, sequenced story: the problem, your solution, why now, the market, your traction, the business model, the team and the raise. The Unspoken Pitch builds the narrative first, then designs each slide so an investor can follow the logic and reach the decision you want. Most decks run 12 to 18 slides, with an appendix for detail.
Investor and pitch decks typically run from about $6,000 to $12,000, depending on stage, complexity and how much narrative work is needed. Earlier-stage decks sit at the lower end; complex biotech, medical device and deep-tech raises sit higher. Smaller scopes can start at around $4,000.
Typically two to four weeks. It starts with a clarity session to lock the story, then design and revisions. Roadshow and closing-window deadlines can be accommodated when timing is tight.
Both, and the narrative comes first. We work with many technical and scientific founders to turn a complex idea into a story investors immediately understand, then design the visuals that carry it.
Mostly private companies raising from pre-Series A through Series C, across biotech, medical device, health tech, technology and resources. Our primary market is the United States, with a strong base in Australia.
A sharper story gets more meetings and survives more scrutiny. One recent investor client raised $5 million after we rebuilt the case behind their pitch, not just the slides. We cannot promise an outcome, but we make sure the story is never the reason an investor passes.
