bi3 Technologies is an Australian data and AI consultancy that does serious work for serious names, Sydney Airport, Hungry Jacks, St Vincent's. The expertise was never in question. Their capability pack was: it led with the technology, the platforms and the pipelines, and buried the business value underneath the jargon. We rebuilt the sales deck to lead with outcomes, so it sells the same sharp story to every prospect, from business problem to business impact.
